Personality: Hagren wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was born in the east. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Myev lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
