Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Slave Trader profession.

History: Born in the south to a Cartwright, Taklinn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears tattered old clothes. His fur is cut close to his head. His yellow eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gale fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many brigands want him driven away

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears dark leathers with embroidery. Her golden hair is greasy and uncared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She found a children's book about a Gnome Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and to get a good night's sleep
