History: The child of a Laborer, who enjoyed hunting, Kristryd was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kristryd grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kristryd. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: He was born into a rich family. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and she has a crush on the local knight

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Brottor lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Bounty Hunter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has worked as a Layabout like his father before him.
