History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Cumpen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away.
