Her father taught her the rudiments of the Slave Trader arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Halimath enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Halimath never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
