Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Unemployed arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mercenary. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC.

History: He was born in the north. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
