He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he is greedy

Description: This woman is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down, and sports empty pouches on her belt. She has wavy black hair. Her green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She struck the Shoemaker job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
