Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born in the south to a Doctor, Burgell learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Bookbinder, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Verna hails from a village terrorized by goblins. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His first spouse was a Mercenary, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
