Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult

History: Born in the south to a Mayor, Oppleby learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Whurbin speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Mayor profession.

History: Whurbin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
