Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Salasar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gurdis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the west were limited. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and to be a weaver again

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Bookbinder, and she later adopted a second daughter.
