History: He was born in a small island village. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
