Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly monstrous two handed axes and bows. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His ears are large.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: She is a mite stocky and is renowned for her bright tan dresses and hats. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her eyes are a pleasant gray.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. Her brown hair is knotted and matted. Her eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: Ida is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: Ida was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is dressed in a clean tan cloak covering his clean studded leather. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Naeris isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. The war was a terrible time for him, and Naeris does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Naeris was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
