History: Born to a pair of adventurers, River grew up listening to her father's many stories. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Shaena is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He married young, but lost his spouse to orcs. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Frederick was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.
