History: Born in the west to a Banker, Left-Handed learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Banker. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and sabotage a competitor

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Slave Trader responsibilities is difficult; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
