Personality: He is happy with his job as a Dyer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Being a Dyer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a dyer and was forced into it by his family

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Hugh was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hugh's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and balancing his hectic life and new baker responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he's looking for his big break
