Personality: He is fixated on the number 97. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Dalgal never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
