Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At some point she was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Fallond liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
