Description: He typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor. He carries with him a set of rapiers, each one with a amber on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Born to a Gardener, his father struggled to pay the bills. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: He is a mite stocky and is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Fortune-teller. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length copper crest. He has red eyes.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He takes great joy in being the best Fortune-teller in town.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents enrolled him in a Bard school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: Guy was born with his father's beautiful face. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and further expansion of business

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a black vest and prefers tan and black shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her silver hair is singed and shortened. Her eyes are likewise silver. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for her
