Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Quilla has worked very hard to control her curse. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
