Personality: She hates Tabaxis with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born in the north. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Windy has worked very hard to control her curse. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Sailor business.
