History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bounty Hunter and was forced into it by her family; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and seeks redemption

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Oppleby was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. He has shaved his head bald. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Thamior began to lead the lost caravan. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
