History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Dench was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Dench and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Shepherd. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Juliana was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
