Zepar was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Apothecary. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Gifted from a young age, Balam studied abroad. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he feels threatened by others
