History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Brogg grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. History: Cumpen hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
