History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He tends to his Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: This eastern man wears professional attire. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black crest is knotted and matted. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Nykkan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Nykkan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Nykkan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
