History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Guard.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: 4'2" and muscular, this northern woman wears an entirely grey suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She has moderate length white hair. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady blue eyes.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Balifra never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wishes to resurrect an old love
