History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Conrad's homeland. Conrad decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a Shepherd, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Shepherd, but he got bored and became a Bowyer. He has worked as a Bowyer like his mother before him.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears an entirely blue suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She wears a deerstalker hat to cover her moderate length chestnut hair. Her eyes are amber.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She takes great joy in being the best Animal Trainer in town.

History: She is a Slaad in disguise. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To be a Dilettante again; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Map Maker but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and she has money and likes to spend it
