Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears tattered old clothes. His long blonde hair reaches down to his waist. He is baby faced.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Being a Sailor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'6" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a grey coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon her head. She is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around her ears. Her eyes are amber and beady.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.
History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

Description: This malnourished woman wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her head has been shaved. Her gray eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Puyet fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak, and is pretty ugly. Sporting a chestnut mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She invites people to come help in her community garden.
History: Nagrette was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
