Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raer fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Valafar hails from a village terrorized by illithids. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Aldous's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Jeweler again; and further expansion of business
