History: Mehen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Korinn is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Faran was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
