Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Carter arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kite grew up listening to her mother's many stories. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
