Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, violet shirt, and green tie. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his shield, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. His silver hair is heavily combed to the left. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his silver eyes.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Qemuel was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Qemuel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Qemuel. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
