Giselle's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Hunter.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Bounty Hunter father left him crippled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Gimgen was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and to protect his home
