History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Bookbinder; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears just a black suit. His white hair is thinning but still full. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Xappan was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
