Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, she wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her black hair is cut short. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Vaina was born with her father's beautiful face. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: An older man who wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times, he is not a threatening figure. His fur, while still mostly beige, has prominent grey streaks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a white armored body suit, with a simple blue line shooting up and back down. Her silver hair is smooth and relatively long. Her brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end her boredom

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. Her fur is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady blue eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Guard born in the past three hundred years. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has achieved small success as a Guard.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and expand her business
