History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Layabout and found it very stressful. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Rathkran lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
