History: Emerald was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Fortune-teller; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tailor. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Cressel was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.

History: Born to a Servant, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She became a Bounty Hunter soon after.
