Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Târz enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.
