History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This man is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Mason. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has shaved his head bald. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Charles is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Charles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
