History: Valafar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Valafar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
