History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. History: She was born in a small plains village. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She tends to her Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and her gloved hand is found clutching a kukri. Her top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Althaea is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hammer.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
