Personality: Kelter wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ploughman arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
