Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Cecily's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Cecily and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
