History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ralf grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is typically in his Marshal uniform. He carries with him a set of quarterstaffs, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has amber eyes.

Personality: He is a Marshal first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Uthemar hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He worked as a nervous Marshal and found it very stressful. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
