Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Conrad enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
