History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She tends to her Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and she is greedy

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
