History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents enrolled him in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, and his gloved hand is found clutching a ceremonial dagger. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
