History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Kipper enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Kipper was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Kipper was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kipper's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
