History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Jarana was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
