Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears an entirely black suit with grey socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She has done her best to style her black hair to look like a famous performer. Her eyes are red and beady.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Phelaia liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
